I visited the shop four or five times to see why my AC wasn't working. Each time, they couldn't find it. It turned out to be the compressor. After all those visits, I was told it would be two weeks before they could schedule me. This problem stretched over months. No effort was made to get me in sooner.

I did not like that my request to have my car done at a certain time was not honored due to a miscommunication. It took 2 1/2 hours instead of the 1 hour it should have taken. I almost missed an important appointment because of the service not being done on time.

Pros: seem to do a good job with the repairs; was able to get in and out quickly; easy to pay online; convenient location Cons: definitely expensive for things like changing the air filter where you don't need to be a certified master mechanic; also cannot use their on-line scheduling system

Heritage has a large staff to take care of check-in and check-out in a timely matter. Rush hour in the morning is slower, but a lot of folks drop off their car before work. I have been having my vehicles serviced there for years and have never had a bad experience.

They kept the car the entire day. I had to be late for work, also leave work early, make arrangements for rides in the morning and in the afternoon and they jokingly told me that they could not identify the issue. Now, I had to make another appointment for the same issue.

My RAV now runs OK. My complaint is that Toyota told me that I had to have my RAV towed to Toyota for service, as it would not be safe to drive it there. As the repair was covered by Warranty, I expected that Toyota would reimburse me for the cost of the tow, which was $611.00. However, Toyota has refused to cover the cost of the tow, so I am apparently out $611 for this (Warranty-covered) repair.

Excellent Customer Service. I bought a used 2010 RAV4 back in January from Heritage Toyota. Vehicle was in very good shape; they service it all the way for optimum results but seemed muffler was starting to show deterioration so I booked a service for check up later in February. They changed all parts in about 2 hours for not charge. I highly recommend them!

Took an unusually long time to change my tires. Also, my seat position was changed again. Not a big deal, but it is inconvimient to find a right position back after. Not really sure why do they need to change it to drive only about 100 yards. Otherwise all good.

The team was quick and friendly. However my seat was adjusted to a put where I could not get in the car without fixing it. It took 3 days to get it back to the right place. Also my tire rotation is now due less than 3 weeks after being there so I have to make another appointment. Would have been helpful for them to catch that so it could have been done all at once. In general, very happy with the service there.

I had my car in twice, now will be a third time. I don't really trust my air filter was eaten by animals between the time I dropped it off and the time I drive and turn on the heat driving out of the service bay. The the guy I dealt with in the garage was very professional and I didn't want to take my frustration on him. It's the service techs, this is the 2nd time when I've had to deal with questionable repairs recently.

However, I had other business in Burlington so I called back before I left for home and they had called tech support to fix their machine and I returned to the shop and they were able to complete the servicing.
