Took my new SUV in to the dealer for a simple first oil change. Left after service was complete and leaked oil all the way back home until it completely drained the oil tank and dash lit up like a Xmas tree. Hybrid engine drained to zero, vehicle wouldn't travel more than 10mph with loud revving and clicking noises. Dealer mechanic never secured the oil cap on bottom of car. Now I may have a ruined engine with only 8,300 miles.

I went in for a quick check-up for my vehicle, and was out pretty quickly.
When asking questions about my vehicle it was done respectively and with a reasonable response that help me understand and save money. Definitely would recommend. It's far better then the other dealer use to go to where Id was stuck sitting at the dealership for 4 hours for the same issue.

Yes, the whole process went pretty well. Both the sales agent and the financial manager, answered all questions, and made the whole transaction happen they also assisted in making sure the transporter got the car loaded properly and delivered on schedule.

This experience was bad. To schedule a solution change online and to be given one price online which was 79.99, then to be told once I get there it's 99.99. I told the person who was helping me that the price online said 79.99. He had me sign paperwork for the 79.99. Only to come back once the job was completed to tell me I have to pay the 99 dollars. I spoke with management was told I would receive a call back and never did.

Wonderful experience. The way they have their service set up is like nothing I've seen. Plenty of service people to check you in quickly and to keep you informed as to what is going on with your car. The parts came in quicker than expected and being able to schedule the appointment online is a major plus for me. The facility is beautiful and comfortable, service was done on time, service writer was nice, but why do you insist on overfilling the oil and not filling the coolant. I had to remove about a quart of oil at home to get it down to F. After you fixed the coolant leak (by putting a new clamp next to the old one), you insisted there was coolant in the reservoir. After checking, I bought coolant and filled it up to L.

I told the person who was registering the car for service that the hybrid electric system was not working properly. From my I could see not was done about this. Yesterday the day the service the car stopped dead in the middle of traffic with the message "hybrid not working cutoff the engine." My car was towed in. This almost accident could have been prevented. Now I am without transportation through no fault of mine.

I took care in for third time to have wheels resurfacted (under service agreement purchased at time of buying car) but it was not done. Always a reason but now I need to bring my care back for a fourth time.

Customer service and communication was poor. The agent failed to communicate the price of additional work and there wasn't a discount or explanation as stated. The agent was off one day nothing was done to my vehicle and I was not notified during that day. No offer for loaner vehicle or ride service.

Went for oil change and the tech forgot to install oil filter gasket seal. When I arrived home for a couple hours and came back outside, oil was all over my driveway. My vehicle was towed back to the dealership. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, which I had to keep for about 4 days for them to resolve the issue. Oil service was then provided free of charge for the inconvenience.
