They did a thorough check of the engine area, my tires, my fluids, filters and belts. Even though I couldn't get everything fixed that was recommended this time. I will remember next time I take my car in for an oil change. And the service advisor was very thorough and kind with me in my whole time there.

Everyone was very courteous. I was able to take s shuttle home while work was performed on my car. After everything was completed I was emailed a vedio of my car and the technician explaining the work that was done on my car. I thought prices were fair. I will continue to have my car serviced at Heritage Honda in Parkville.

I booked the time for 30k service. No service was done in the 2.5 hours I waited. They reported a problem with the tires that they had caused from the previous service. They did not find a nail in one of the tires. Then they recommended urgent service that was not necessary. I left Honda and took my service to an experienced trustworthy mechanic.

B1 service has specific requirements and it seemed you picked a chose which ones to do. I was not given a definitive price for B1 service. Finally, when I got a mile down the road from your shop my tire light came on saying check tire pressure. When I checked tires ALL of them were below the proper psi level.

I can always count on Heritage Honda Service to get my vehicle scheduled for service timely. This time though I needed a shuttle to and from the shop and to my surprise shuttles were right there after I checked my vehicle in and on the way when my car was ready. Both drivers were professional and friendly. And I can always count on my service writer Ed Jones for an honest assessment of what I need to keep my car in excellent condition.

Loved the service writer Tina. Didn't love that the mechanic twisted off my lug bolt while attempting to remove the lug nut. Loved that they replaced it no charge, didn't love that I had to wait an additional two hours for the part to arrive. Overall very positive experience. Will use them again!

Ed was very thorough, in addition to the inspection video and still photos of the dry-rotted tires that need replacing. I do wonder if I overpaid for the tires, compared to Amazon, Costco or other tire retailers. The waiting area was comfortable, and the complimentary water was good.

I had a 3:30 appointment for a tire patch and 2 recalls. Car was finished at 845. Was told they wouldn't get car in until later than appointment time because they do recalls at the end of the night. Why do you take appointments, I was going to wait for the vehicle. Service advisor was nice and apologetic.

Repair finally fixed. Because your company was without three service advisers, I had to wait 57 minutes, outside and drive inside on an extremely hot day, to get into the garage. Mngr aware, Robert the shuttle driver kept everyone informed in the line, he said please be patient down there service advisors. Problem has to be corrected.
