We were told to bring the vehicle back for a diagnostic. We made an appointment and are still waiting for the diagnostic to be done 3 days later. This is our only vehicle. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of service. We regret buying the vehicle at this dealership.

The service staff was great. General manager Robert Bobo drove me back home. They got me in at 7:30 AM and by 5:00 PM. they were done. My 6.2L engine was NOT found to be defective YES and they did couple of system upgrades and rotated tires changed oil again to 40wt. and new cap.

Lack of communication and accountability in the front service department and I was treated as if I did something wrong. No apology, just sign here and get out was the atmosphere.

On return they acted insulted I came back the guy that actually changed the sticker reached in the car slapped the new sticker and walked off. Nothing like sorry for the inconvenience.. nothing. Not only did they fail to do the recall, they have apparently reported that they did complete it, which should be illegal, but they also performed an oil change I didn't approve or even need since I had just had my oil change done a week prior with Kwik Kar. Totally unacceptable.
