We had to make a medical long trip to Provo UT and wanted to make sure car was ok , since we hadn't had it in since last year. They found a problem, set about getting it fixed, then in process another problem. They were not able to get parts in and fix it, before we had to make our trip. That was not their fault. Tiffany and others were vigilante and worked quickly to get it fixed.

Good service, had a 4:30 appointment and they were very busy. I had to wait a little while until they actually got to my truck, but once they got on it , it just took a few minutes! Very friendly and they had a great waiting room. They had things to eat and drink while you waited! I would definitely recommend this dealership. Just don't be in a hurry, there are other people there to get their cars worked on too!

Excellent services offered, by the people who work the maintenance shop. We love our cars, so we need experience automotive doctors to heal our cars. It is much like taking our loved ones to a physician, and confident nurses, to make our family members well.

I had made an appointment for 2 factory recalls to be performed. Service was great except they had the car for nearly a week after dropping it off, one of the reasons was that they had to order the part. I think they should have had the parts ordered before, hence the appointment.

Run far, far away from this place. They did the wrong recall on my vehicle and conned me into a $950 repair after I was told the wrong part was put on my vehicle. It turned out, if you have an aftermarket part put on your vehicle, it's automatically the wrong part. (I verified the part that was on, was in fact a part made for the exact VIN number of my vehicle, that they told me was the wrong part.) I've sent 2 emails to management and didn't get a response from either email nor an apology from the dealership, particularly in regards to not doing the correct recall. Those I've told what happened are either not surprised or completely understanding how I feel about this place. Under no circumstances should you go this dealership.
