Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They suggested transmission fluid change and coolant flush, which I authorized. They also knocked out a recall on some door hardware. Fast, friendly, and no surprises. Heritage Ford, Corydon IN, I will be back!

The service took longer than what I expected. They said they could get me right in and it took them forever to pull my vehicle into the Bay Area. I asked the service clerk if the technician could take out my dip stick since they was the ones that broke it from the last time that I was in there. The service guy said he would tell them to do so but they had to order me a new dipstick which came in the next day. I told them to leave the old one out so I can put the new one in because the old one is broken off in the slot and I can't get it out myself. When the service was finally all done the guy told me to come back tomorrow to pick up my dipstick. When I went in there the next day I got my dipstick and I went to put it in my car and couldn't do it because they didn't take out the old one. So I walked in there and they gave me a bs story about how if they took it out it w ok of leave the check engine light on well the check engine light is already on so it wouldn't of been a big deal. They told me I could put it in and I said with what and they said needle nose pliers can get it out which is a lie because they broke park of the handle off in the holder and you can't get a pair of needle nose in there. That just goes to show how much this place lies to people. I will never go there again.
