The timeframe of when my car would be looked at kept getting pushed out more and more. I never once received a phone call about the status and would only get updates if I called. They had the car for over a week with 0 updates. It wasn't until I contacted a manager, and then it was magically looked at. The replacement part was faulty. Not to mention I had the car in the dealership 2 months ago for the same issue and they claimed it was just a battery not the starter.
