Explained everything to the new service manager and he asked for me to bring the vehicle back to get it cleaned and new key. I appreciate what they did to resolve my concerns but still caused me a lot of trouble. I will not be back!

The service was unprofessional they caused more problems to my vehicle. The mechanic work was very disappointing there were things improperly installed. I had to go to another GMC dealership to have my truck repaired not to mention the service manager was unprofessional. He was just full of it and should not be in that position.

If, I return, I would like to see my old parts. And after receiving my car and driving away, I noticed that the hood was not closed. Why would it be opened to change wiper blades?
