I did not bring my vehicle in for service on the date listed on the carfax report and the mileage is fraudulent. Reporting this to CARFAX. This dealer has very shadey business practices. Do not buy anything from them or get your vehicle serviced there. They will give you the run around, deny warranty claims, say they ordered parts and never order them. Stay away!

The first response when I pulled in was that I might be better off at a specialist shop. When I mentioned multiple layers of warranty and service contracts, they quickly determined that they would get the work done. We postponed 1 week so that I could have a loaner car. The drop off and pickup were extremely efficient.

If there was a lower rating, I would choose it. Simple oil change/tire rotation. tire pressure check. They failed to tighten the lug nuts on the tires putting me at risk for a serious accident. The vehicle was not safe to drive. Also failed to adjust very high tire pressure,

Took car in for service and had rear shocks replaced. They also gave me a free interior/exterior detail that included temporarily patching up a front bumper mishap. Lyft ride home offered for convenient dropoff and pickup when car was ready. Probably a bit on the pricier side, but they do good work.
