Honestly, the service dept is top notch. The tech sends a well documented video of your vehicle inspection showing the mechanical shape of everything checked and items needing service. Dealing with the service reps very positive. They met a price for a passenger mirror replacement from a non-dealer Porsche repair shop.Will be going back for sure !
