I have nothing but great things to say about the service department. They are great communicators. They truly listen to your concerns and seem to love what they do. We have 3 vehicles that have been serviced here, two of them regularly since 2022. I have had only positive experiences with everyone I have done business with at Hennessy Porsche. You guys always ask for ratings, but nothing ever changes. I really don't know what to say. I know it's a business, but I shouldn't have to be afraid to take my car to the dealer for service!!! I believe they perform good work, but they are over charging. $925 for an oil change...

Excellent service also includes communication of expectation with the customer. The appointment was scheduled on a Saturday for the convivence of having the oil change while I wait. The entire Saturday morning was lost waiting 3.5 hours for the work to be completed.

My experience was mediocre. I don't feel like all of my expectations were met with this purchase. The car was dirty and scratches mysteriously appeared when i was told the car was just detailed. The seats were scratched/the floor board and surrounding areas.

Did not liked: I did. Not emphasized a noise inside the drivers door and it is still there when I drive over a speedbumb

I have been dealing with Hennessy Porsche for almost twenty years. I have always found them to be good, reliable, honest, and accommodating. Are there cheaper Porsche repair shops out there? Sure, but I would argue you get what you pay for.

Car wasn't washed properly. Electrical wires hanging under passenger side glove compartment and bill amount was incorrect. After speaking with customer service representative several times, days later the military discount was included.
