The service was quick and easy but one issue was not resolved. The technology that operates the kick function on the trunk was not repaired. The service lady said that it might be connected to all the rain that we have had in the Atlanta area. I don't believe that, since I had this issue before and it was fixed at the time of that service. Something is wrong with it, and it was not properly addressed.

I was pleased until I got a letter in the mail the very next day saying I have a recall on my vehicle that came out April 17th. Why was I not notified when I went to get car serviced? Now I have to wait until my next oil change to get the recall update which could cause my camera to go out. Checking recalls should be standard during a service call.

We were there for a standard oil change and inspection, during which they determined we needed rear brakes and an alignment.
