It's a little far away from us but worth the drive. I live in Acworth would happily drive to Chamblee for the service we got service advisor was very nice. Made everything easy. Oil change, wiper blades, and also had a check engine light on fell under my extended warranty, that I purchased from this dealership! Highly recommend

They left the car with zero gas. I had to find a gas station immediately in an unfamiliar area. For $4,000 you could have put in a couple of gallons. Especially after we put $20 in the loaner so that it would not be on empty. On the plus side the heater is now working.

I liked that the service rep ordered the part for the recall eventhough the appointment was made and not found in the system. They fixed the key battery and filled the tank and vaccumed the inside. When reviewing the invoice, there was discovered an oil leak that I wasn't told about and it said the outside was washed and it wasn't. I assumed it as too cold.

Everyone is friendly and professional, the service technician (Ron) that helped me explained the services performed and broke down the costs for me to understand. I waited for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, but in the meantime I had a delicious homemade oatmeal raisin cookie baked by their receptionist! My car was washed and vacuumed when I got it back and drove home happy!

Greeted when I arrived in the Service drive. Tim Halloran, service manager, promptly came to discuss the purpose of the service call. He provided an approximate time for the visit. The key fob that had been on backorder was synched for my vehicle and additional safety checks were performed. Tim reviewed everything, provided service record, and provided suggestion for timing of next visit. I was totally satisfied!!!
