They were not interested in working with my extended warranty even though the Service Writer quoted me a repair price which was just about the price I owed on the car. I took it somewhere else and my extended warranty paid for 3/4 of the repairs. Seemed to have zero care for the customer.

The seller was friendly and nice, however they sold me a lemon, the car has serious issues and they sell it without warranty, after 20 hours the oil light was already on and is consuming 1 qt oil each 80 miles. Don't trust this seller for any reason. An absolute scam go somewhere else

Do not spend your money on an alignment. It's never done correctly and your stuck bringing the vehicle back so their DEI hire can try again. Called and left a message for management and they never called back. Great customer service. I remember a time when people did their job.

They worked on the electrical system of my Tahoe, but I had to bring it back because the issue wasn't resolved. They charged more to my insurance, and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for 4 days. When I finally picked up my vehicle after more than two weeks, I was forced to pay additional costs to get my car released. The original problem should have been properly tested before returning the car to me.

After a lot of confusion 2 months later I got my car back just to have light come on again. Note. For this fix it took 4 months total. I got it back after 2 months for it to still be broke and then took it back for an additional 2 months. Now I have to take it back. They have had my car half the year and it is still broken

I will never return to Henna Chevrolet. The agent taking my car could have been helpful but wasn't. My car sat there for 4 days and never looked at and no one told me. I called twice and the agent texted but never called and when he was unavailable another agent was rude and yelled at me after giving me a wrong diagnosis and lying to me, I have told everyone I know about this horrible treatment and hope no one goes there

I took my work truck in for fuel gauge not working and for a multipoint inspection. I was called about the truck needing a catalytic converter and fuel injector and throttle body needing service. We went ahead and had Henna Chevrolet do the service. Come to find out that we were charged but the throttle body and injector service never got done.
