Went in for routine maintenance. They were very quick and the price was reasonable. They did try to talk me into also getting an alignment and wheel balancing, which is not recommended in the maintenance schedule and would have added several hundred dollars.

They were not interested in working with my extended warranty even though the Service Writer quoted me a repair price which was just about the price I owed on the car. I took it somewhere else and my extended warranty paid for 3/4 of the repairs. Seemed to have zero care for the customer.

The seller was friendly and nice, however they sold me a lemon, the car has serious issues and they sell it without warranty, after 20 hours the oil light was already on and is consuming 1 qt oil each 80 miles. Don't trust this seller for any reason. An absolute scam go somewhere else

Do not spend your money on an alignment. It's never done correctly and your stuck bringing the vehicle back so their DEI hire can try again. Called and left a message for management and they never called back. Great customer service. I remember a time when people did their job.

They worked on the electrical system of my Tahoe, but I had to bring it back because the issue wasn't resolved. They charged more to my insurance, and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for 4 days. When I finally picked up my vehicle after more than two weeks, I was forced to pay additional costs to get my car released. The original problem should have been properly tested before returning the car to me.
