As usual the service is perfect those mechanics don't need to have someone behind them to give a good job. My family and me been going there for years 20+ years maybe more than that and we never complained about their jobs I think they should get something back from the community. The girls working in the office Henry and his workers are the best. They deserve all our respect and support.

I brought my car in for an alignment. The mechanic put my car on the lift and told me he was unable to proceed with the alignment because my car was lowered on aftermarket coilovers with supporting modifications. This is the first time i've ever heard of this in my life. I ended up taking my car to a smaller shop and got my alignment done in 30 minutes. Very disappointing.

I have been coming to this shop for over 15 years. The owner Mr. Henry has always been so supportive and informative. I have never been disappointed with my service. His staff including the front desk are all amazing. I moved across town but I always return to Hempstead Auto Clinic. I would highly recommend. 10/10
