I am not sure you want my rating at this time. Hello Subaru still has my car after one week (following three immediately prior visits for service). I have not received any updates since their text on Wednesday 14th, that stated they were just waiting for a technician to be able to complete the repairs. I believe that they are trying to make good on a nightmare of a service experience, but until I receive my car back in good working condition, this issue is not resolved.

The previous service The oil plug was tightened so tight That when I wanted to do my own oil change, I could not take the plug out! So I had to arrange time to take it back into the dealer to have it done, Torque on the plug is starting to round the edges so I could not remove the plug myself . I asked them to put in a new plug which they charged me for after they're the ones that damaged it in the first place, by torquing it too much I also supplied my own filter. after two days of little driving, the oil was already turning dark brown. So not happy at all with that last service I don't know if I will return to that Subaru dealer.
