Okay buying experience, did go smooth. They will not work on price with you. Salesman was nice but that's his job lol the car was filthy even though they "detailed" it. I spent 3 days after I bought it cleaning the interior. For as long as I waited and paying full price it should have been spotless. 3 out of 10 I give heller. Would not recommend unless you have no other option.

Hellers always does a great job. Fast check in and quick competent service. Pricing was fantastic. Full alignment was $60 less than Local BMW dealership price for "alignment inspection" and then I would had to pay a few hundred more for the actual inspection. Great place to take a vehicle for work!!!

I dropped my vehicle off before business hours to be serviced that morning. When I called in the late morning to see if it was done, I was told they didnt know it was there. After being serviced the vehicle still has a problem shifting. They claim there was no problem.

they charged me for the tire rotation they didnt do( they did correct it). they put the wrong service reminder on my window as far as the mileage between intervals so i thought they used conventional oil. (they used a 3000 mile interval change sticker)upon calling "patty "she said it uses a synthetic blend which i told her no it dont its full synthetic. she then paused and said the techs used synthetic i said thats all i wanted to know since it shown 3k mile to my next service which indicates to me thats usually a conventional oil change. she snarkly replied do you want a tech to drive back out to your vehicle and put the 5000 mile sticker on there to which i replied no but i just wanted the correct details about the oil i received. The last straw was when they couldnt find my lug key and it was in the lug nut package that comes with the vehicle upon purchase. they said its not in there, keep in mind they are the only shop that touched my vehicle at every routine interval of service so that tells me they still have it and didnt put it back when they were done. we are still working on this issue with heller
