Thank you for that feedback. We held off on price increases as long as we could hoping vendors would self correct on their increases during and after Covid, but they haven't and we had to make a few adjustments. We have also made some changes so that we can offer our customers the best service possible. Our Oil Service is not a quick in and out like some places, we want to help our customers take the best care of one of their biggest investments- their vehicles- so they last them a long time. That takes a time and a thorough check during maintenance to let them know the health of their car. Our customers have been very pleased knowing we're watching out for them. Service and work and customer service is superior, but they always leave the inside of my car with black grease/dirt all over. They don't put down papers to try to protect the interior. I keep it very clean, so I have to clean the inside every time I get it back home. I expect to do some cleaning, but I would appreciate it if they would just put down papers on the floor at least.

Unfortunately, this place has changed. It used to be the local neighborhood shop with reasonable prices and friendly people. Now the prices have skyrocketed and the man in charge of the shop is rude, combative, and condescending. The focus has become solely about money and upselling and being unpleasant while they do it. Look elsewhere.

As I mentioned, he's not in charge as Gene and I are here every day, but he is our service advisor. We've tried very hard to keep costs down and will continue in that vein. We've confirmed that we are much less than dealers for the same service and products. My apologies for the less than stellar service you felt you received.
