Wow what an amazing experience/ They never let me down. Always resolves any issue on my person or work fleet. This review is for my work van. It broke down in the hills. Hector's auto went and picked up the van. Found the ignition switch was bad. The part wasn't available for two weeks so he set up an actual manual switch so we could use the vehicle and wouldn't be down with no vehicle. Thank you, Hector Auto.

Always honest, forthright and reasonable. I will give you an example, I took my car to the dealer for a safety recall, which did not happen. That's a whole Different story. As soon as I left the dealership, my check engine light came on, took it back to the dealer and said they did nothing because The part wasn't installed I contacted Hector, , he opened the hood and found that a wire that is connected to a bunch of sensors was pull On purpose because it has a locking mechanism.
