Customer Service exceeded any shop. They were honest and kept me informed. Previous shop overtightened my lug nut locks and Goodyear had to spend hours trying to get them off so my tires could be rotated. I am thrilled with their service and would recommend them to any family or friend.

These guys are great as normal. This is one of the most honest shops I know of. I ask for an alinement when they found out it was right on all they charged me for was a check. I purchased tires from another place, non Goodyear. The new tires vibrated, and they balance them perfectly.

I have used Heartland Tire and Service for a number of years. They consistently provide quality service and deliver as promised. At times they have gone above the service I was having done by identifying other issues that I was not aware needed addressing. They brought the identified issues to my attention and gave me the options I had to either; do the maintenance during the current servicing, or address at the next scheduled service. I cost compare for the different serving actions that either need to be done, or I plan to have done. Heartland has always been the most competitive and does a great job that is timely and at a reasonable price.
