Anthony was in constant contact with me about the repairs needed on my car. I recevied a video from the technician, which showed exactly what the problem was. There was a cut in my tire from where I hit a rock. Anthony let me know when the repair was done so I could pick up my car. All in all it was a painless experiencee.

My Mazda's location Tech, and service specialist Scott Chase did an in depth check on why a tire kept losing air. To the surprise of everyone, it contained not only a nail, but a screw impaled in as well! Thanks to everyone on finding that out! Now I don't have to worry about getting air every two days without knowing what was going on.

I received great work by Scott and the techs when installing a new battery. Had trouble starting the car, due to the old battery. They also recommended new drive belts just in case, and I went with that advice. Now my car runs smoother then it did (it's 14 yrs old) and feel comfortable with my ride and the service given. Thanks!

I didn't like that my year old car was there 6 weeks. That I had to call to get info. Communication wasn't great. I didn't like that the video was lost in the hurricane. I did like that a nice courtesy car was provided. I truly wish I didn't have to take this car back. Both axles were replaced due to factory defect. I have lost confidence in my car. What's next? Scott is awesome, he's the best service technician. He's a great communicator and cares for his customers. I love how headquarter Mazda service department since each customer a video of how their service went and what was checked. This is by far the best service department in the US.

I visited 3 Mazda dealerships looking to see a CX-50 Premium Plus before I finally found one. Alejandro in sales, David in finance and the Headquarter Mazda staff are friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable while asking all my questions so I decided to buy through them although there are 2 Mazda dealerships closer to my home.

Stupid question by young salesman, in fact asked 3 times .1st time thought was a joke . Asked 2 more times realized it wasn't. At that point followed up to verify what I was told and found out was not the truth. Glad I found a car somewhere else . But buying a car in Clermont is not a good experience.

The oil change, tire rotation and inspection went quite well. Done professionally, which I appreciate. I appreciate having a video. Smart to do. The cabin air filter should have been replaced though, but the service desk wanted to wait. My only complaint.

Upfront about out the door price, $3,500 list price was less than comparable year models with like miles. No pressure from financing for add ons including extended warranty. The only quibble I have is the paperwork seemed to take a lot of time, but who knows could have had something to do with computer having issues. Sometimes those things do happen.

They performed more than just the regular oil change and tire check. I received a Vedic of a check of my entire vehicle and even replaced a missing tire air cap. One of the best vehicle service appointments I received from all my previous vehicle dealerships.

Easy and quick to schedule service, staff and service advisor very courteous and professional. Certified service technician provides you with a video of the car addressing the issues and/or the repair made to the car. I have taken the car to this dealer several times for service and the experience has been excellent every time.

It was easy to schedule the service, the technician/mechanic made a video of the inspection and its finding. The good thing about this video you are able to see and hear his findings in real time. Awesome! Facilities are excellent with a nice waiting room.

Customer service was very satisfactory. I am appalled by the fees/labor charges for performing simple routine tasks. It does not require 20 mins to replace an air filter in this model Mazda. However, I was charged for 1/3 of an hour labor to replace the air filter. Will not return for any routine maintenance.
