I've had my previous cars serviced before and they usually take at least one hour or longer to complete. During my visit to Headquarter Honda, I brought my computer so I could get some work done while I wait for them to service my car. I barely warmed my seat (about 30 minutes or less) and I was told that my car was ready.

HQ Honda has been taking care of my Honda vehicles for over a decade. Always had great service. This past service appointment was to include installation of 4 new tires with alignment. When I arrived - the tires I was told was being held for my scheduled visit - was not there. I had to schedule another appointment for a future date to get this work done. NOT HAPPY. My service record shows I had the alignment - which is INCORRECT.

As always, Honda saved us. We were shopping about 15 miles from home and our battery died. Without an appointment, we called Honda and our service representative Daniel. He responded immediately. We got the battery charged and drove directly to Honda. Within 30 minutes we had a new battery. All this on the spur of the moment without an appointment, Honda provided just what we needed. We will always will get our cars from Honda.

Everything's good about this place: the waiting area, they greet you immediately when you come in, they take you to your service advisor, the car is ready then within an estimated time which they keep you updated with. And most importantly, the service was great beginning to end. The people,most importantly,are very nice!!

There was no waiting for my appointment. Had oil change, tire rotation, checked fluids and did maintenance checks and a free car wash. My car is nearly 10 years old and I thought for sure it was going to need something expensive done to it. But no, they did the above items and said nothing else needed. Very pleased with Headquarter Honda and my Honda Fit!
