Oil change and tire rotation. Inspection noted a fluid leak without any additional supporting detail. It was noted as an urgent issue that needs work. No fluid leaks are present on the floor of our garage! When asked about additional details I was told that was another ~$200 charge. This is a ridiculous way to use scare tactics to charge more for a service. I will be looking for a new oil change vendor.

Unless you are in the billionaire category buying a vehicle is not an activity you look forward to. Brand name, location, price, all are secondary to your experience at the dealership.
