The had oil running out of the bottom of my hood they left the panel hanging under the bottom of my truck. I was at the laundry I lost my favorite skirt because I had to come back for them to fix it two times and it still looks like it is hanging. Thank God for Roger he checked out everything.

Was very unhappy with the service at this dealership. I had made an appointment for an oil change at 9:30AM and didn`t end up leaving the establishment until 1:45 PM. Then to top it off, the price I was quoted was not the same price I paid. I was later advised that there was a change to the labor cost, which I was never informed of during my time at the dealership.

If there was a choice to pick to stars I'd pick that. My car was there for a week and a half for service work (oil change and tire rotation) and recall. Upon pickup I paid the entire bill and drive home to look at my tires and NO rotation was done. I know this because my tires were marked by me prior to the service. Totally unacceptable and to be honest disappointing. I will not recommend this dealership or the service to anyone!

The dealership was able to squeeze me in on short notice. While taking care of a recall item, they noticed that my engine mount bushings were bad. The technician sent a video showing the parts in question and got my approval before doing the work. The dealership was kind enough to provide me with a loaner car while my car was in the shop.

I didn't like the prices even with a coupon it was still quite expensive for a oil change and I was only able to use one coupon even though I had one for the oil change and one for the tire rotation I was only allowed to to use one other than that the service was great the people there was very pleasant

I was expecting a call when my radio was coming, but no one called me. After a 2 weeks , I call the parts department and ask them if they have the radio and i scheduled a service visit. No one bothered to let me know when the parts are in. Everything is working ok now. Someone didn't care or forget.

Great experience, I was in for an oil leak. The oil leak was resolved under warranty. They were also able to install some motor mounts. The service took a few days which was understandable. Daniel kept great communication. My Durango is back on the road and ready for winter.

They were extremely dishonest, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I even took my keep to THREE other sites including body shops to assess and see if they agreed with the assessment from Hawk Chrysler and it was disheartening to learn they were saying things were wrong with my car that weren't. These things were not little either. We are talking thousands of dollars. I will never go back here and will let everyone I can know.

I specifically asked the salesman to inform me if the car that I had chosen was sold before I drive all the way out there. I told him that I was only interested in that particular vehicle. I drive all the way to the dealership only to discover that the vehicle had been sold. Very poor customer service and communication skills. Two thumbs down

It took an hour for the oil change and windshield wiper replacement. Multipoint inspection - the differential (front and back) were marked red and yellow. No one reviewed that with me - they should have.
