Hyundai hasn't kept up supplying parts for dealerships to complete recalls. Going on two and three years waiting for parts. Dealership does as best as it can but cannot provide service expectation marks when Factory sets them up for failure. Hatchett Svc did excellent with what the had to work with from Hyundai.

I had to call service center after pick up to verify tire rotation had been done, as it is not specifically shown on invoice. Apparently, it is included within the "Complimentary Maintenance" heading. It should be listed separately, so customer knows what services were done.

My motor went out on my car in 2018 Tuscon. I had bought it there and had all of my service work done there. Andres took great care of me. Because of the extended warranty, all services were done there and the mileage my new engine was covered under the warranty. The engine was promptly ordered and installed and this was at Christmas time. They have always treated me well. I trust them and will continue to have my services done there.

I was recommended services that had just been completed at a different service shop in June. I was also told I needed new tires and I just had your shop put on 2 new tires 6 and 12 months ago. I no longer have any confidence in this shop to be honest with me. Sad because I used to brag on this shop because I felt they were the only honest service shop around.

Everything was good keep in mind I am traveled four hours away to get a 20,000 mile service which I paid for my normal wear and tear items such as air filters Service dept did advise that I needed these items so replaced them got home and the reset oil life was not done. So I looked it up in the manual to learn how to reset it and its complete !

It's not Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale, that's for sure. I'll not get into details, but the service department guy we worked with was not entirely honest and that bothers me. The service is used to receive at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale was 10x above and beyond what is received in Wichita.

The car has problems electrically now The RPMs won't move at all and car won't go over 40 at times so I have to shut the car off and back on for it to work right . It's happened 4 times to me since I left there and NEVER happened to me before I brought the car in.

You're gonna tell me that I need to pay a $200 diagnostic fee then not even charge me for it. Then tell me the mechanic couldn't find the problem I'm having. I'm assuming you did not even try to fix it.

Asked them to check my tires, as my light was on saying one was low.they didn't check the tires just aired it up. I took it to another mechanic were. They found a .nail, i do like getting my oil changed at Hatchett west.
