It was very nice to have a loaner for a day. However, after Flex was done with the work and I paid for the repairs. Jonathon said my car was ready and outside. The lady who I paid the repairs said it was just outside the service door. It was not. It was way over on the other side of the building. Jonathan seen me walking while I was looking for my Flex. You know what he told me. Keep walking!!!!!

Service has always been top notch and done right the first time. Don't appreciate the 3% surcharge on credit card payments when bills are $80 dollars for an oil change . I don't carry that much on me on any given day and you never know what else the car will need when it is inspected.
