However, t he primary reason for the service visit was not completed because they "could not reproduce the customer complaints". I told them exactly what was happening and a couple possible causes, but no intervention was attempted, even though they kept it 3 days

I paid 50$ for tire rotation and balance at a local tire shop they said i need an alignment so I brought my vehicle to harper gmc in minden la. The first try after the alignment was done the vehicle tried to pull into on coming traffic so I took vehicle back and got realignment. When picking up the vehicle the service writer informed me that they rotated the tire. I informed them before everything that I had just paid for a tire rotation and they just wasted my 50$. The service writer said he could put them back but he can't guarantee the alignment. For the record the tires are 1 year old and in good shape. Thanks for wasting my 50$ on my rotation and basically put back were i started from. Harper gmc In minden la wasted 150$ of my hard earned money and 3 days of my time. I will never go back there They simply do not know what they are doing
