Easy in and out. Listen to my concerns and report back regarding those concerns. As a female-unable to tell you how many times my concerns have been dismissed and not addressed. I drive from Buford to Gainesville because I trust them to fix what needs fixing and not pad the bill or overcharge.

I scheduled service on dealer website for Thurs to have fluid change. When car was taken in dealer, they didn't have parts for procedure. Part(s)were ordered overnight, part was defective when arrived (not fault of service department). Car was serviced and returned following Tues. IMO, the cost of changing transmission fluid seemed exorbitant. Chase, service advisor is to be commended he kept me apprised of delays and reason for same.

I went in for an oil change and tranny flush and fill. The tranny had not been serviced since new and had 128K miles on it. When I got it back there were no greasy finger/hand prints to be found and it shifted like it was brand new. Very smooth and almost unnoticeable gear changes. Great deal on the tranny service, friendly staff and comfortable waiting area.

Sent my truck in to have the blend door fixed. Since the oil change was due in @ 1000 miles, asked for them to go ahead and change it. One time previously I had changed the oil, but had misplaced the socket to change the filter. So, I had an extra filter, asked them to use it. Said they would. When I went to pick up the truck the bill was $3100. Also, one the bill was a charge of over $40 for a oil filter. So, in short, I will be hard pressed to go back for anything.
