My personal experience was similar to other UNHAPPY interactions with this "Happy" auto dealer. Specifically, unprofessional & rude salesmen! Typical use car dealer advertised front-end low price only to find out the back-end the out-the-door price was filled with hundreds of inflated unnecessary dealer fees. Purchased a vehicle from another more transparent auto dealer with an entirely better overall experience. BUYERS BEWARE!

This car that they were was a bait and switch deal. I got there and they told me the car did not run, and Carfax made a mistake in the way they listed it. They proceeded to tell me they did not know why they car did not run, and that I could not see it. The person I spoke to was either an owner or manager because he put me with someone else to try and sell me another auto, and they had nothing comparable that I was interested in.

The vehicle in question was listed as a 'Mechanical Special' in the description, and its price reflects that designation rather than that of a fully operational vehicle. On Carfax, the dealer's added description can sometimes be difficult to locate and may require a thorough review of the page. However, if you check the listing on our own website, you will clearly see that the vehicle was advertised as a 'Mechanical Special' in the description

They never answered my inquiries. I drove over an hour to look at the vehicle I was thinking of buying. It was nothing like the pictures or descriptions of the vehicle. Pictures showed no damage on exterior, upon arrival first thing I noticed was a big scrape and dent on front driver's side. Looking around inside I found out the touch screen for navigation/backup/radio was not working. The salesman that they had assist was less than 1 months there. Knew nothing about helping a customer, barely talked to me, couldn't answer any of my questions. I do NOT recommend this business. They will rip you off.

I am a Cash In Hand Buyer - no Trade - No Financing needed !!! I tried to buy this vehicle. My question now is does this vehicle even exist or is it a "Bait and Switch" SCAM ?????? The Salesman was absolutely HORRIBLE - UNPROFESSIONAL - LAZY, and REFUSED TO GET ANSWERS TO ANY OF MY QUESTIONS !!! He succeeded in taking all the fun out of buying a vehicle. When I continually pressed him for answers - He finally said the car was being sold "AS IS" and none of my questions would be answered. Assuming the Owner even cares ---------------He should be fired immediately. OTHERWISE; this dealership deserves to go under for having no control of the salesman who are the real key to the front door of any dealership. I would give them a -0- T POOREST RATING POSSIBLE.
