I had a great service experience. Assistant Luis Medina was excellent. Helped me figure out what service my car needed. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Even though the office was busy, he gave me very good assistance. Waiting room is very comfortable, Service to my car was done well.

I was 15 minutes late for my visit so the service department didn't have any information as to why I was coming in for service. The $240 evaluation fee seemed excessive for the issue we were having with the driver's side front door. They fixed the problem but did not put the wiring harness back into place as part of the fix

I've worked with Makenna and Luis. They are both very good attentively taking my service requests and going over the service results and issues. The waiting area is comfortable. The explanations of the service and repairs are. Te restrooms are clean. The snack and beverage area is handy. Repair are well done.
