Update: After lots of discussion it seems the check is in the mail. Stay tuned Buying experience was good. After the sale has been awful. They promised to pay for me to have an issue that was discovered the next day after I bought the car fixed at a service center. I did the repair and sent the details for reimbursement but they've completely ghosted me.
