I liked the friendly greeting when I came inside office. I did not like how previously I was told by dealership rep that recalled Chevrolet airbag part (I have now been waiting over a year for) would be available at time of my appointment. It was not. I plan to call periodically until it's fixed.

My experience was not so good, as I sent my husband for me for service and I had written on the confirmation that I needed them to change the key battery and they did not. Also, the previous time a week ago I got the message in the contaminas that I needed an oil change, apparently they didn't update it. I waited for the next appointment and took it.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 stars is because I took my Traverse in for a recall on the drivers side air bag. After waiting for about an 1 1/2 hours they told us that they had to order the part. If they knew they had to order the part, why did they make the appointment in the first place?

Extreme pricing. Service advisors are clueless and tried telling me 12.5 quarts of oil went into a truck that holds 10. Talked down to me as a woman when I questioned him on it he became real defensive. Don't recommend as they don't know what they are talking about and are very over priced. I paid $50 more than anywhere else I have ever been to.

This was a good experience, I had a somewhat poor experience explaining why I had a problem explaining my tires for life on my contract since 2007,no one believed me. Yes they apologized and I got my tires, but since it was their mistake I should have gotten something reduced or at least a cut in my bill. This is not good business.

The people At Hampton Chevrolet are top notch... friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent maintenance service in a timely manner. The video that shows what they are doing and what is being found while doing service is great since it keeps me out of the service area but gives a Birdseye view of what needs repair... Making an appointment for just a slow leak on the drivers side of the vehicle. Have to drive around town putting air in the tires for 2 weeks until an appointment. Very poor I will take my car to another business that will welcome my business for something as little as a tire. What a joke.

very long wait, charged way too much for cabin air filter and had to wait for auto store to deliver filter, said i could do it at 1/3 of the cost myself but was told if i didn't do it there i would lose my free benefits at dealership , same as for tire rotation!! not worth it ..probably be going to toyato dealership the next time and say heck with the benefits

Defintley have to specific as far as repairs with them. I was double charged because my vechile wasnt running, so i had to pay before and after for 2 diagnostics even though i told them it wasnt running when i dropped off n asked for pricing information. Although the work defiantly made my truck run alot better customer service is everything.

The staff is friendly and professional. They try to do what they can to get you in and out as quickly as possible, which is nice if you're waiting on your car. I had my car in the body shop and they did an awesome job fixing my car. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but that could've been an insurance issue. I would recommend Hampton Chevrolet for service and sales.

First Team Chevy is probably the best in the Hampton Roads area. I live next to Hall/Southern in Chesapeake but drive across the water just for the great service, professionalism, comfort and courtesy. They will always get my services while I am here in the Hampton Roads area!

I went for an inspection and they rejected the car because of dirt on the tires, a crack on the top of the light cover in which the lights was working and for alignment wanted 1400.00 I went somewhere else, they're not making money in the service so I guess they're trying to make money by over charging people.

I had an emergency situation. I didnt have an appointment. I was traveling from out of state and my car was leaking oil. The customer service rep explained she had no openings (she was empathetic and polite) The manager over heard us and came out and looked under my car and said to fit me in and that my car wasnt driveable. I was so thankful. If i didnt live 5 hours away I'd continue to use them to service my car. Thank you again!

I took my car there for service. They kept my car over 3 weeks. After the car were repaired I drove it home. I saw a lot of residue and stains on some seat and windows. I had to vaccum up the residue. The residue on the Windows wouldn't come off. I took the car back to them to clean up the inside. They washed the outside but the inside were still the same. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanup.

Outstanding service at a reasonable price, as always, at Hampton Chevrolet. The people here are courteous and helpful. The parts clerk came out to my car to help figure out what part needed to be ordered. Once ordered, he helped me schedule installation with the service reps based on when the part would arrive. Always going the extra mile!

The service technician didn't wear a mask or any gloves when entering my vehicle or the service area. The state of Virginia is under a mandatory facemask requirement. When I brought it to the attention of his supervisor nothing was say or done. The service supervisor did however disinfect my vehicle after I confronted him about the situation. Especially with cov19 being on the increase.

This was my first time gettin service at Hampton Chevy. I was there to get my paint sealent and fabric protection done. I had a stain already on my seat I knew about well when I got my car back the stain was still there ... so Im not sure if they really didnt my fabric protection. So Im taking it back to them and they said they will take care of it ... sooo not good service.
