Having always proven to be efficient and effective, I took my car into Hamm Autoworks because of an undetected mechanical issues due to a fender bender.
Elliott got me in right away and Michael worked diligently therefore finding the issue in a short amount of time. Hamm Autoworks is the best in the biz.

I am a "Car Guy" and also a mechanical engineer. I have known Brandon Hamm for over 10 years. I thought I knew a lot about cars until I met Brandon. His knowledge of cars is unbelievable. He is also without a doubt the most honest mechanic and business owner I have ever known. I take all my vehicles to him.

Elliott was incredibly communicative and professional. Work was done well and they ruled out needing a more expensive repair which made me feel that they are extremely honest.

They resolved my issue quickly, at a very reasonable price, without pressuring me to address additional repairs.

The mechanics at Hamm's are so honest. They performed a service on my Honda at about half the cost that DH Honda quoted. Would definitely recommend them for service.

From the front desk to the back shop, I am treated with respect and courtesy. As a senior citizen plus a female, I appreciate this. I trust what they tell me

Hamm Autoworks never disappoints. What I appreciate most is how trustworthy they are. Even when I think I need a specific service and am ready to pay for it, they let me know when it is not yet needed. I have never trusted the staff at an auto shop before this one. They are professional and efficient.

I have always been weary of going to mechanics and shops however my faith has been renewed with this shop. They are professional, knowledgeable, always work me in right away, perform work that holds, and don't charge me for services I don't need. Now I am referring my friends and family and bringing my other vehicles to them.

The people at Hamm Autoworks are the best. From the techs to the owner all are friendly, knowledgeable and available to answer any questions you may have. I have been a Hamm customer for several years and would go no where else for my auto service and repair needs.

When you look for someone to work on your car, you want someone you can trust above all else. They ALWAYS give a thorough explanation of their findings and will even show you the failed parts that they replace. I absolutely never feel taken advantage of here and even though I live in Portland, I still bring my car up here for anything that I can't handle myself
by 2014 MAZDA 6 TOURING PLUS Owner on 12/07/2023Verified Service
I return to Hamm's Autoworks again and again because they are so honest. As a woman who knows very little about cars, honesty is the most important quality to me, along with the ability to fix my car. More than once, including this visit, my bill was less than the estimate. They are polite and take the time to explain all the things I don't understand. I highly recommend them.
