Dennis and Co. are awesome people and do excellent work. Totally honest, straightforward, and have helped with everything from inspection, tune ups, and a weird leak he managed to track down (which a dealer quoted would cost 3x what Hamiltons charged). Can't sing praises enough, hope more business comes their way.

Hamilton Service Station fixed my shifter cable that was starting to not shift into Park sometimes. They were able to do it inexpensively so that I didn't need to pay for any new parts since the cable was still in good shape. From past experience, I think some shops, including the dealership, would have charged me over $1000 for an unneeded shifter cable replacement. I have received excellent service at Hamilton's before. They are honest and very skilled.

Hamilton's is a great independent mechanic that I'm very glad I found. Hamilton's checked three things that the local Toyota dealership said urgently needed $6000 worth of repairs, including a lubricant leak and brakes. I noticed that the dealership's repair dept. desk clearly didn't even know the difference between the front differential and the transfer case, which is important on my AWD vehicle where they are in different places, have a different function mechanically, and use different fluids. Hamilton's carefully checked these things and said the brakes are fine with quite a bit of wear left on them, and the transfer case that was thought to have a slow leak hadn't leaked any at all since two and a half months ago. This means I can definitely wait until I can afford to fix it. On the dealership's website, I saw that they had suspiciously deleted the inspection details for my car, including the 6000 worth of repairs they were claiming I needed, some time after I didn't agree to the repair. Hamilton's is a great shop that saved me a lot of money at a time when I don't have thousands of dollars to give to dishonest companies.
