Service was excellent waiting time was reasonable and il Hamilton Chevrolet for number of years and will continue to do so but I would like to mention the young lady at the cashiers counter anissa glover I had a problem with a $15 Chevrolet rebate but she handled it and Told me exactly what I needed to do.All the while smiling and wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving

16 months, 5 personal inquiries, a dozen or so phone calls and I finally got back one of my rims I had replaced. After all that they still wanted to charge me a core fee. I complained and was promptly insulted as someone who is only looking for a freebie, this from none other than the owner himself . I believe after all that they could've done better, but chose not to do so. Very disappointed in the service department.

I got there and they took me in right away even though I don't know an appointment . Being there for may be an hour in the comfort of the waiting area with all the snacks and coffee you could desire. I got my car it was cleaned and serviced,this is great,that's why I go back there

The customer service here has gone down - I paid for services other than an oil change but my vehicle is still having the same issue. They suggested I bring the vehicle back but it's an inconvenience to drop my vehicle off, take the shuttle home, go to work and have to come back later in the evening again when my vehicle should have repaired properly the first time & $400 later.

They did the oil change in the point check and rotated my tires but I was told it would take only an hour and I was there over two hours thats totally unacceptable as far as Im concerned they make appointments and then you still wait two hours no not good

For the first time since purchasing my car from Hamilton Chevrolet, I was disappointed in the service I received. I returned to Hamilton to have a cover installed on the electrical items next to my rear view mirror.....roughly a 15 second procedure....and I was there over an hour, even though I had an appointment and was early for that appointment.

Said my Bluetooth d idnt need to boot...no true...now have to get to my son to hook up...plis the courtesy van driver was very rude to me...told but nobody seemed yo really care...that looks really bad on your dealership...been leasing cars from you for a long while....

We only go to Hamilton. Experiences at other dealerships were too much. Hamilton is easy in easy out. Everyone is awesome! I tell everyone " I got a guy" when they ask for a sales person. Dave Asmar is like family. Whenever we need service we go right there. I even had a friend who needed help with "not a chevy." Dave helped her out with the service dept! We only go here for service and sales.

From the day I picked up my 2019 Equinox in May, my vehicle has had a problem with the climate control monitor with many service appointments. Hamilton service has been working to fix it but to this point they have not been able to rectify the problem. They are working with GM, trying to get software up dates or other fix. Kevin Dwyer has been coordinating the problem. Appreciate the shuttle service.

Service Center Manager has ignored my right for some parts to be replaced under warranty despite the fact that they were damaged without my cause and was so rude! After complaining to GM customer service I took it to another service center where they accepted to fix and replace ALL damaged parts.

Oil change went OK. They also charged to rotate my tires and didn't inflate to standards or re calibrate hence my low front left tire is actually my back left tire. Always seem to have issues with these guys. Slow down and double check what you're doing.

They took care of the recall we brought it in for. The car was there for a week and we asked them to please investigate and repair wind noise from the driver side door and it was not done. They claimed due to weather they couldn't find the problem and fix it. They told me they never even took it for a drive to find out where the noise was coming from and blamed the rain. It rained once the whole week. Just was really not impressed by this location at all. Will not return.
