Mike in the service area came and explained what was needing to be done, asked what I wanted to have done that day and then took care of it. Mr Hamblock also stopped and asked if I needed anything as they have coffee, water, cookies. Well done Hamblock Ford.

I used the pickup and delivery option for my service work and I was very pleased with it. They arrived at the scheduled time and they had my truck back to me ahead of the expected time. Scheduled work was completed and everything works great. I would use that option again in the future.

Everyone there is courteous and pleasant. The service techs are pleasant and are a joy to work with. I have been going to Hamblock Ford since 2007 and have yet to be disappointed with any of my mechanical repairs and oil changes. Great dealership to deal with.

I like your valet service, but I don't like how you don't put what you do to my car in the Lincoln app. When I called to make an appointment to get all my fluids changed I asked if I had my coolant replaced and she said she didn't think so. IF you would put exactly what you did each time, I could look back and see. Otherwise it's useless just saying maintenance.
