Base off my mechanic information the dealership could not fix the problem that is wrong with my car in regards to reprogramming the circuit board which controls the box in regards to my transmission or for what reason the car is not movable more trouble shooting need to be done to fix the problem

What i didnt like was the day of my service. At pick up. There was no management i could talk to. And what id like to know. Is why service can be recommended on issues that were not why i brought the vehicle in for. Yet what was missed. Was the fact that i needed an oil change.

I had a disappointing experience with this dealer. They initially offered a certain price for the car, but later increased the price and tried to negotiate above what was originally promised. They did not honor the price they offered, which felt misleading and unprofessional. I would advise others to get everything in writing before proceeding.

Took my vehicle in due to smelling burning rubber while operating. The service advisor who checked me in smelled it as well. They did an all point system check and everything reported okay. Said they couldn't duplicate the smell. When I left, it wasn't even 5 minutes heading home, that I could smell the burning rubber smell. Now, will have to take it back.

Car was brought in for a specific repair. Did not want or require a full inspection for any other reason. They seemed to add excessively to the estimate to pump up their profits. The repair itself was completed promptly and had no issues with that. Time will tell how well the repair will be.
