I had a concern about how my car was sounding after an accident. They quickly got me in and checked car out prior to a long trip out of town. They identified a potential issue that could be related to the accident, but cleared car for drive. I've used Haley's for 31 years and very satisfied with the service department.

Like clockwork, Haley always presents a STRONG recommendation for "urgent" additional work that costs at least several hundred dollars additional. I appreciate them noting that additional work is recommended by Toyota -- but the staff always tries to strong-arm me into immediately authorizing much more work than I expected when I came in.

I like the fact that they keep you informed. So if they find anything else why they are performing their service, they notify you, what it is, what they can do. And if you want it done that same day, they just don't go ahead and do it without your permission.

Charged me $77 to plug a slow leak in my tire. Disappointing. Won't ask them for any other services unless they are covered. After my covered services are complete, I won't take my car back. They acted like it was a standard price. I've had plugs put in. They charge $15 - $20. Haley are the only Toyota dealership in Roanoke so they have a monopoly. They need some competition.

Thanks you for your thoughts. We don't just plug tires like int the old days. They are proven not to be as safe. We take the tire off of the wheel, plug from the inside and put a sealed patch over the plug from the inside. We also rebalance the wheel and tire if needed. That is why the charge is a little higher so we can insure your safety.

Service takes far too long at this dealership, regardless of what you're there for. I was there almost 3 hours for a state inspection and they failed it for a small tear on one of my windshield wipers. Then wanted to charge me 62$to replace them. I declined. I'm fully aware that is an inspection issue, but 62 for 20$ wipers is a ripoff and they just wanted the money.

Our service rep, Melissa, keeps us informed and answers our questions with easy to understand info. We get our Highlander serviced every 5,000 miles at Haley because we are always happy with the throughness and quality of work done by the technicians. We also find it easy to make appointments.

I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and I received a text to visit a website to approve other optional repairs. I went to the service desk and asked what the repairs were so I could discuss them with him but I was told to just go to the web site and answer the questions there. It seems that the service writer was more interested in his phone than answering my questions.

I feel that the service technician dismissed my concerns with the sudden intermittent deceleration issue. I have been driving this vehicle for almost two years and never had the issue until after my last complimentary Toyota Care service and front-facing camera software update due to a recall.

Vehicle did not pass inspection due to an unpatchable hole in the tire. Rotated my tires anyway, even after finding hole and not patching. Was going to charge me $317 for a single tire. Hole was patchable and completed by local tire guy. Haley charged me for the rejected inspection, so I had to pay for a state inspection twice. Not a fun Saturday morning. Lady was very nice. Answer to question below is yes unless I get burned again.

it always takes so long when I go there and this was for the recall. they said I needed a new bulb in the headlight and it would be $90. I declined and went to Advance Auto like last time and paid less than $30 and they put it in for me in two minutes.

However, Mary Thornton is the ONLY reason I return. She is a credit to the organization. She gets five stars. But, gets no recognition.... Haley, again!?

2 hours for an oil change is pretty wild. Not to mention they took out my air filters and didnt put them back in correctly. Half my glove box was hanging down where they didnt screw it in right. Pretty bad experience all around.
