Service was great except they had to do a recall, which meant updating computer system, took them over a day to update they had to give us a loaner car, which I knew that before I waited for them to be done, waited 2 and a half hours then asked them what the problem was. Geeeeeezzzzzz.

I took it on for a vibration in the left front. Asked for an alignment check. Tech found the coil broken. So it took longer than for just the service but it's good to have the problem fixed. We are leaving on vacation in two weeks. Never a problem with the service.

I had a spark plug wire coil go out while on the highway near this location. I made it to a shop nearby, who could not take me, but recommended this Ford dealer just up the road. I pulled in, and they took me pretty quickly, diagnosed the problem, replaced the coil plus spark plugs and had me back on the road again in 2 hours. Great Ford dealer. Highly recommended.

I was so happy and impressed with the valet service. As a widower new to the area it made my life so much easier. In addition to the repairs, I also had the car fully detailed. The team was able to diagnose two issues and we understand the need to not hand out free diagnostic service. However, $180 to review the vehicle, coupled with the amount of the estimate was quite higher than most local mechanics would charge by 50-60%. I was hopeful for another local option but at their prices we will look elsewhere.
