Engine light on my service Rep Mathew Kelly got me a loaner and let me know the from flaps on my car was most likely the issue. He also told me it was warrantied for 15 years. I've been coming there for 7 years and by far he is the best service advisor I have had.

I live very far from the dealership. I called to get information about someplace that could service my car which was close to me. They informed me they had a mobile service. It would be the same price as if I had gone to them. It turned out to be better because they had a promotion. The mechanic came to my house in a van that was outfitted like a mini garage. Very impressed.

I was told I needed my tires rotated without telling the cost of $170 and unnecessary. If I was to, I wouldn't have had it done. The oil change was under warranty. The emissions inspection was not done and is reading out on my mini app that it's overdue. Mini service should be more upfront about what is needed and what is not needed. My son said they took advantage to an "old" lady.

I liked HABBERSTAAD BMW - Huntington service department a lot, so much so I think I am going to make it my "go to" bmw service location and not use the one that's only 4 miles away from my house. The only drawback I found was their LOANER CAR dept. They had my car 13 days parts & body work - and I only got a loaner during the last week ! I recommend HABBERSTAAD BMW !!!!!

Pete Mitchell is, without question, the best service manager I've ever worked with. His deep BMW knowledge is only matched by his integrity and complete transparency regarding your vehicle's needs. Taking my BMW anywhere else would be almost as bad as being forced to drive an Audi.

The car was kept for 4 or 5 days for a routine maintenance. Additional work was performed with giving a quote or explanation as to the work that was needed. we were kept waiting for someone to care of us when we came to pick up the car. Substandard for a super high priced, luxury car.
