The service was good. I take both of my cars there for service. The only downside to my last visit was that I had a recall on my Charger and they didn't realize how long it would take for the fix so I had to leave my vehicle overnight. It was an airbag recall and the headliner had to be taken down. I would highly recommend Haasz Automall of Ravenna for your cars service needs.

The technician Wade and the service writer were great and did a great job. The down side was the parts were unavailable on a national back order and my truck was unavailable to me for two months. That was not ok , but was not the dealers fault. That was a Chrysler / Dodge OEM problem.

Had serious electrical wiring issues. Haasz was honest and noted they were not sure if the problem has been fully fixed but did troubleshoot for nearly 3 weeks to ensure the car wouldn't have any issues. Provided me a rental during this time which was much appreciated. Haven't had any issues since the car was returned. A much better experience after dealing with Spitzer's incompetence. Kim Rafferty was amazing to work with.

Excellent experience. I dropped off my vehicle the day before my appointment and before I left they had already ran the codes and new what the problem was. The next day they called, explained to me the situation and that it was covered under my warranty and a few hours later they called to let me know the problem was fixed and I could pick it up.
