I hate the car buying process, detest it actually. However, Haag Ford and their staff, Paul salesman, Andrew, Justin, Brandon and literally everyone I encountered were just phenomenal. From pulling on the lot for the test drive to pulling off the lot, it was the best experience ever. I had a small issue, I simply text with Paul and a loaner was given and the issue was corrected immediately and with efficiency and friendliness, just as the whole experience had been. They didnt drop me once the contract was signed. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Amazing experience. Service how it used to be!

I sat inside for hours waiting, but I can't even complain about that. They were the only ones able to get me in same day after a different dealership blew me off and told me the recall on my car is no issue until I start seeing symptoms. The symptoms being my brake line bursting. Haag Ford got me in right away, took care of the issue, and didn't try to tell me I needed a million other things done like most places. Will gladly go back to them for future service on my Ford.
