Oil change & tire rotation was great.
Recalled to check rear suspension
Check vibration I have had since new & noise when going over bumps in rear of car. Sounds as if not enough travel in suspension. Vibration has been changing & getting more pronounced the longer I drive it. Technician said rear shocks were leaking & would cost $800.00 plus dollars to repair. I know it is out of factory warranty but with only 23,000 to 24,000 miles on vehicle the manufacturer should be really proud of reliability of vehicle. Shocks probably are the cause of bottoming out when going over bumps but I don't believe the vibration I feel in steering wheel is caused from shocks because it has been there since day one. Technician said could not replicate vibration I feel since new but I can replicate it any time. I am very disappointed with service on my on going issues & I have more I haven't brought to there attention which I mentioned at the support@fordownerevent which I attended in Louisville . My wife has been ill & has since passed so I didn't have time to bring up issues engineers told me to tell dealer at this event. Told everyone at event what a great dealer I had found at Haag Ford. I have owned nothing but Ford vehicles all my life & Haag Ford has by far been the best dealer I have found. Sorry for rambling on so long but I needed to get issues off my mind.

Service was performed as mostly expected.
Tires were not rotated. Service person said tires were not rotated because of swollen lug nut caps.......
They would do the rotation for an additional cost and if I purchased OEM lug nuts from them.
I found two (2) wheels had swelled lug nuts. Replaced all lug nuts myself with new solid lug nuts in minimum time.
Ford Motor Company knows this has been a known long running problem and They Won't Address the Problem!
Needless to say, I Am Not real pleased.
Their job was to complete the service and make things right.
