Service department sucks. Check engine light came on. Was told needed new O2 sensors. Took vehicle off lot , check engine back on. Was originally told it wasn't catalytic converter. They replaced wrong sensor. Correct sensor replaced. Check engine light back on. Now told need a catalytic converter. For 6,000!

The servicee advisor. Ed Reiss was so helpful. HOWEVER, whatever they fixed did not do the job. After 150 miles the car is doing the exact same thing only worse. We are from Texas, family is riding their bikes across Iowa and we may be stranded in Waterloo, Kiowa!

First they sent the wrong form to fill out second they ran my credit 8 time I would not recommend anyone to do any business with these people. Not professional at all I was going to purchase the car something told me to just let a day go by and they sure showed there colors.

The work is always quality by the time I get it normally but they have been notorious for taking their time on things. Brakes (new rotors and pads, no resurfacing needed, just one set not both front and rear) took 2 days, last time I got new tires I was out of a car 5 work days (a week if you include the weekend). Things you would think shouldn't take too long take significantly longer. Most of the time when I get my car back I can tell that the work has been completed to a high standard so I didn't mind the wait. This time for brakes and an oil change I had to wait 2 days for my car to be done and the change engine oil light was still on and they didn't replace the sticker so I don't even know if they actually changed my oil. Take that with what you will.

Jesse was good. The hidden fees and misquote of pricing was disappointing. No explanation for the $189 labor fee for a 20 minute computer update along with a $37.99 shop supplies fee that Jesse could not justify nor remove (.not sure how shop supplies pertain to applying computer code to a key fob) Compound this experience with the lack luster experience with a recent purchase from another H&H location, this confirms I will be looking for other alternatives for service and purchasing vehicles.
