One of the worst ecperiences ever. Madd an appointment 4 days earlier. Van was not ready to be sold. No A/C, spare had holes in it. No one had even looked at it and they wanted to charge a $1k+ cleaning fee. As a salesman myself, i was embarrassed for them.

I called twice asking to confirm they had inventory in stock and what fees would apply to a purchase. Within 30 minutes of confirming the cars availability I showed up and they said it had already been sold. Then on the next car we looked at that was under 10k had so many fees it came out to about 15k. DECEIT is the only way to describe this business!

My experience was horrible it was a total waste of my time when I arrive to the dealership the van wasn't available because it was in the mechanics office having the steering rack or the rack and pinion replaced and it wasn't disclosed to me earlier that the van was in a front end collision

They were honest and upfront, which I appreciated. The set up upon entry was confusing where I didn't know who to talk to first. The receptionist was OK, not warm nor inviting but got the job done. Went there twice, spent long hours there and at the end of both days was just told "Still waiting to hear from banks, we'll call you" and never did, which is funny because I only stopped by because "a deal was already approved". TWICE.

Very rude service. Pictures did not show the true quality of the car. The pictures or description and they failed to mention the cars did functioning radio and alap scratches on the sides of the car. Also they wanted +$3000 than the asking price.

I like the vehicle. With only a few days left in 2024 the value of a decrease in 2025 cause it'll be another year older if they still have the vehicle and they reduce the price then I'll probably go back and reconsider purchasing.
