Bad experience. I had my car break down leaving me stranded twice a 2022 armada with factory warranty. They picked the car up and had it for a week. No problem found. Now I have to wait for it to leave my wife and babies stranded again they said. It's a matter of time.

The sales person was wonderful, very professional. However when I was about to pay some guy that works there came up to be and did something very stereotypically racist. The incident lasted several minutes while he made false assumptions based on my race, and called me names based on my race. I did not hear back anything after reporting this to the dealership. They need to do better regarding this.

Overall everything looked good. The inside windows were streaked but that's easily fixed. The only problem is one of the tires is worn weird so the car shakes while driving high speeds on the highway. Didn't notice during the test drive because we only drove near the dealership.

The supplier inflates the price of a 6,000 used vehicle by 3 times that amount. In addition, the used vehicles they offer are damaged or in poor condition. On the other hand, for those vehicles in bad condition and used, they want to impose high warranties of up to 2500 dollars, as well as other engine and transmission charges.

Times have changed and now when you take your car for service, you get a text message showing a video of your car and what they're going to do to it and if you have any questions, that would be the number to contact. The problem is that when I texted for an update, I didn't get a answer. This definitely needs improvement!!!! Other than that, the service is always excellent.
