H&K always gives prompt and satisfying service. On this visit, they alerted me that an animal had nested in my engine block. They cleared the nest and advised me to check under the hood regularly to prevent animals from causing damage to parts and wiring.

Took two weeks to fix original problems. Actually done an excellent job. When I got my truck back, there were scratches on it, that wasn't there when I brought it in. Tried to tell me my truck was in an accident and the front bumper was bonded together. All lies they created. Mentioned my carfax was flawless. H&K Wanted to give me a discount for their mistake. Will be speaking to a lawyer about this.
