Smaller shop compared to some, but provide good customer service. Always do work requested in timely fashion. I have not experienced the push to upsell extra work to inflate the bill. Will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

Gustman is a very experienced service and car dealership. I trust anything they have to do. They are honest and will call you if they see something that should be looked at or possibly serviced before they would do it.

We were traveling and had an issue. We pulled into Gustmans. The service manager and team were busy but worked us in and took care of us right away. Recommend Gustmans highly.

I would say the empathy of staff and my overall servicing experience was good. Currently we have a good wait time to get an appointment at this place and I felt like the labour charges compared to other places are to a higher side. I would suggest the management to assess the situation and take necessary action to make the things easy for customers.

Several times during the last month the GPS system on my truck has gone blank and would not work. When I brought it in to get it repaired it was working. They could not find anything problems with it. Iam hoping that it can be fixed before my warranty runs out in a couple of months.

Gustman worked me into their schedule within a day of my contacting them, which was great. But the only reason I was there was that there was a software update which caused my battery to loose charge. I liked that Gustman got me serviced, but I hate that they charged $70+ because Honda had a bad software update.

This would have been a four star rating. Due to the fact that we had to call the dealer to follow up on a recall repair the shop was supposed to call us about I am giving them three stars. The service experience itself was good. I was told on arrival that it would take about a half hour to get the job done. I was in and out in a half hour.
