Considering I've driven approximately 100 miles since the oil change, and my odometer now reads 33173, I would say that reporting my mileage in/out as 36639 is not accurate. Makes me wonder what else they screwed up. Attention to detail is apparently not their forte. Sad

Chuck Miller is a great service advisor. I have taken my Ford F-150 trucks to him for almost 5 years. He takes good care of me. My last truck, a 2012 F-150, was at 319,000 and I only stopped driving it because it was hit while parked by a drunk driver and totaled. I now drive a 2016 F-150. Chuck helped me get an extra key and a soft folding bed cover for it. I definitely recommend Gustafson Ford's service department.

The service manager is exceptionally rude. I only go there when I have recalls or repairs that require a Ford dealership. If there was another Ford dealership in town, I would go to the other one.

This was a wonderful experience. Since I live more than three hours from this dealership, they arranged to pick me up at an airport more than an hour away from the dealership.
