I was extremely impressed with the communication from my Service Advisor, Tim Jones. Tim confirmed the services to be performed during my appointment and checked to see if anything else was needed. He was very thorough and clearly set expectations for how long the service would takethen exceeded them by completing the work sooner than expected. Friendly service advisor. Clean comfortable waiting room. Ease of making appointment for service. Only negativepart of the service included over all inspection and I got a copy of what was checked. On the checklist was inspected windshield wipers. Checked as ok. Afterwards at home I noticed both wiper blades were coming apart. Needed wiper refills.

Gupton service department always does great. I was due for tire rotation too, but they showed me my tire tread and as I have more tread on the rear tires and my car is full time 4 wheel drive, he said I should leave them on the back for now as we have snow moving in over the weekend. Suggested I wait until the next oil change and by then all the bad weather will have moved out.

Though there was constant communication, the service tech got my appt wrong-wrote down the incorrect time, miscommunicated the available service-after being asked several times if something could be completed, did not solve the recall that was supposedly fixed, and kept my vehicle over night when that was not necessary. We were very disappointed with the service and communication.

HORRIBLE! The sales manager was a liar and was doing shady truck deals. I am not happy with him and my salesman, as he got the salesman to lie about the deal as well. Not sure if I'd do business again with this dealership due to this matter, which has put a sour taste in my mouth.

Joseph truly went above and beyond during our appointment last week. For the first time since using this shop several years ago, he was prepared and knew what our appointment was for when I arrived. He called promptly when the service was finished and he was so accommodating, even dropping the vehicle to me down the street where I was with my kiddos. My Service Advisor Joe was awesome! He did his job very well. If I ever go back Joe will be my advisor or I will go elsewhere. I would only recommend the shop if Joe is the Advisor. I've had 2 others previously and had it not been for a maintenance contract I bought with my car I never would have gone back a 3rd time.
