Vehicle was not aligned properly thus disabling crash safety features. The car pulled badly to the left after I left the lot. Had to make the 40 mile round trip to return for repair. No explanation or apologies from the dealership. I will not return again for maintenance.

The communication regarding the process of fixing the truck was a bit poor, especially about the timing. I didn't know if they had already inspected it, what the issue was, etc. I think there should be better communication and the customer should be kept satisfied.

I brought my truck in on Monday mid-morning (6/2/25). I checked in with Charles Clark. We discussed the issues with the front parking assist not working and reoccurring error message "Park Assist Clean Sensor". It turned out this was a challenging issue, but Charles & technician Stephan Scutt stuck with it, figured out the issues, & resolved the failure.

There were 3 of them, and I felt like I was interrupting their conversation and day. Shame on all of them! Management needs to retrain these ASININE FOLKS! Three weeks after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I've had several issues like an error message on screen, keyless entry not working (which I ended up figuring out and just fixing myself) and now rain coming through the windshield in to sunglass compartment. Unfortunately I haven't had any luck or help from the dealer regarding the issues.

Dislike: Rear brakes $1300 way too expensive and using a card requires 3%. Coupon helped, but my bank account took a cash hit (due to Gunn card rates). Gunn give us a break (customer shouldn't have to take a 3% hit if over certain amt). Arrived around 1030am, left 3pm. Liked: I believe mechanics did a good job, and my advisor did a good job.

Our equinox stopped on the highway twice within a month. They were unable to guarantee us that this visit would solve this issue. It was due to fuel not getting through. They changed the fuel pump in November, but it happened again after that. Our warranty expired 600 miles later from the first service. It was a bummer and we traded in our vehicle for peace.

Definitely recommend Gunn Chevrolet, both service and sales. I really wish I would've chose to purchase my 2022 Silverado from Gunn Chevrolet. Their service department is fantastic and their policies on pricing new vehicles is even better. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them and continuing service both my wife's Acura at their Acura store and my Silverado at the Chevy store.

Went for scheduled oil change and tire rotation since I have the maintenance package They did not look me up in the system and tried charging me for the oil change. They also tried charging me for a cross threaded lug nut. Which was crossed during the prior oil change and rotation. All this made it a really long wait. Other than this trip they have been great to deal with
